Once your order has been placed and paid for in full, it will be dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery to an address within Australia usually takes 2 to 4 days. International deliveries can take up to 6 weeks and may incur additional cost. These are approximations and it may take longer due to the availability of stock or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified immediately if we think there will be a delay. Please let us know if you have a deadline for receiving your order as we may be able to help ensure that you get it on time.
We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free delivery. If no-one is available to receive the parcel, a collection card may be left in your post box to arrange re-delivery or pick-up. Delivery to the door may not occur in some rural locations. All deliveries that are returned to sender as the result of an incorrect address provided by the purchaser will incur an additional delivery charge. There is no free shipping in this instance.
