Every paddler has a story to tell and we want to hear them all… one paddler at a time.
Scott Rawstorne from Global Paddler has created the Humans Who Paddle Facebook page so he can publish photographs and biographical information about all the paddlers that he meets on his travels. He wants to make connections with the people behind each of the faces and help build the global community of paddlers to which we all belong. There are already stories online from Australia, Greece, England and Italy.
You are welcome to contribute photos and bios too. Simply post a smiling or artistic photo of any paddler you know (including yourself) with 150 words or less that describe who they are, what makes them tick or a defining moment in their life. Descriptions can be quirky and funny and totally unrelated to paddling if you like. Unusual angles and stories are always appreciated.
Humans Who Paddle will reveal new things to you about people you already know and introduce you to others living thousands of miles away who more in common with you than you could possibly expect. We hope you enjoy being part of the community.
